Changan Gul Motors is looking for a dynamic and active candidate who is able to manage the After Sales Service Operations of the 3S Dealership.
Responsibilities- Maintain close liaison with department staff for ensuring maximum productivity.
- Timely Warranty settlement with principal
- Managing of workshop resources and to work for the better profitability
- Implement policies to ensure the customer retention for generations
- Problem solving skills with "CAN DO" Attitude.
- Initiative to strengthen the brand image and the upcoming models.
- Must be a mentor to guide and motive all team-members.
- Timely coordination with principal company so as to uplift the dealership image.
- Minimum 10 years in automotive workshop working experience
- B-Tech (Auto and Diesel) and business managment degree will be considered as an added advantage.
- Capability to manage the workforce of 10 ~ 20 persons.
