
Head of HR New Businesses

The Head of New Businesses & Compliance will lead strategic HR initiatives, focusing on the seamless integration of new business ventures.
In our new businesses, the position will drive employee engagement, organizational performance, develop talent pipelines, oversee succession management, and implement competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
In addition to providing HR leadership to the new businesses, this role is instrumental in fostering a culture that aligns with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensures HR compliance in line with COSO level 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership for New Business Ventures
- Provide strategic HR leadership for new business ventures, ensuring alignment with organizational and holistic HR strategy.
- Lead HR integration for new ventures, ensuring smooth onboarding and cultural alignment.
- Develop and implement HR frameworks that promote a value-based culture aligned with corporate values and business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
- Establish talent pipelines to support growth and expansion, ensuring a steady supply of capable leaders.
- Oversee succession management to identify and prepare future organizational leaders.
- Implement talent development programs supporting skill enhancement and career progression.
- Employee Value Proposition
- Promote and integrate the EVP across all HR practices, reinforcing the organization's commitment to its employees.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure EVP is reflected in recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Internal & Social Media Communication
- Formulate and execute internal communication strategies that reflect the EVP, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the organization.
- Oversee and innovate social media strategies to strengthen and maintain a compelling employer brand.
- Manager Quality Performance Index
- Establish a comprehensive strategy to evaluate and enhance manager effectiveness.
- Use MQPI survey feedback to develop action plans for manager development and implement growth initiatives.
- Organizational Health Survey
- Lead the design and implementation of the Organizational Health Survey to gather insights on employee sentiment and culture.
- Translate survey findings into strategic initiatives to improve engagement and organizational health.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 16+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR leadership, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
SHRM – SCP or Chartered Membership/Fellowship preferred.
Proven experience in HR compliance, including COSO implementation and HR audits.
