We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Business Development person.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Planning, preparing, and executing promotions and associated business development of company products.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Generating leads, setting up meetings with potential clients, and closing deals.
- Conducting client visitations, giving demonstrations, and carrying out site visits.
- Effectively communicating project sales offers and maturing deals to create healthy client relationships.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams.
Job Requirement:
- 1-2 years in Sales/Business Development.
- Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
- Efficient listening skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills.
