Job Title: Calling Support Agent (E-commerce Industry)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Fixed Rs. 18,000/- (Salary Review after 3 Months based on Performance)

Short Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Representative for our E-commerce business. This is a non-target-based, full-time office job. The main responsibilities include calling customers for order confirmation, verifying parcel deliveries, and handling customer queries on incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to customers for order confirmation.

Call customers to confirm parcel delivery status (received or not).

Handle customer queries and complaints on incoming calls.

Update records and order status using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Coordinate with the warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery updates.

Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times.

Follow company guidelines and work closely with team members for smooth operations.

Support during busy days and overtime will be provided if workload increases.

Office Timing:

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Overtime provided during high workload days.

Other Details:

Fixed Salary: Rs. 18,000/-

Not a target-based job

Performance-based increment possible after 3 months

Job Specification:

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / ICom or equivalent).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets is a must.

Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English.

Male & Female both can apply.
