Franchise Sales Development Representative

A strategic role that requires a strong network of growth-minded franchisees and qualified franchise candidates to execute multi-year growth strategies for assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new Franchise Agreements to existing and potential franchisees, ensuring successful partnerships and brand representation.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to capitalize on trade area opportunities, drive new sales, and maintain broker and developer relationships within the market.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Franchise Development and Sales Associates to conduct in-market meetings, generate new leads, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster open communication with franchisees, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to address challenges and drive business growth.
  • Track and report quarterly sales objectives, ensuring timely progress updates and transparent performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Franchise Sales, with a track record of achieving results-driven goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, seeking win-win solutions and demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to review and understand financial statements and legal documents.
  • Self-motivated with advanced organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively (75% of time) to conduct market visits and prospective franchisee meetings.
