Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager HR to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of HRIS is a plus
