
Assistant Manager HR

We are looking for an all-rounder individual who can look after overall functions of HR with primary focus on technical recruitment and organizational development.
The main functions of HR involved will be talent acquisition, HR Operations, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee success and employee retention.
Working Days: Monday till Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Responsibilities:
- Take care of daily HR Operations
- Sending offer letter, onboarding, documentation, orientation, off boarding
- Manage HR management system
- Recruiting software developers and digital marketing personnel
- Understand the issues of employees and propose solutions to the higher management
- Coordinating with staff from lower to higher level to understand their problems and concerns
- Taking care of employee engagement activities
- Training & development of employees where and when required
- Close interaction with every individual to understand their issues and provide solutions
- Organize any corporate events, lunch/dinner, tournaments, trips or any other activities.
- Take care of sensitive, emotional and well being topics of the employees
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Good hands-on experience in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to work extra hours
- Willingness to go extra miles
- Well-groomed & mature individual is required
