
Technical Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts by combining deep technical knowledge with proven sales strategies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical team and customers, providing tailored solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and sales support to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and address client feedback.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, pricing quotations, and product documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or MBA a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in IT industry preferable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Strong understanding of complex technical products or systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
