As a Senior Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in your designated region. Your role will involve overseeing the operation of multiple stores within your territory to ensure their smooth running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and motivate store managers to meet and exceed performance goals, including KPIs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with brand managers to recruit and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth through effective management of store-level P&L, controllable expenses, and inventory control.
  2. Review and analyze regional sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Maintain accurate records of store-related documentation, including employee files and compliance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
