Overview

Devbox Technologies is a UK-based software company providing end-to-end solutions in software development, testing, and maintenance. We are currently hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Lahore to identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in the software sales cycle, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Market research and analysis expertise
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in the IT or software development industry
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the Software Industry.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
