Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the IT or software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to support the company's long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and close new deals.
  • Identify potential markets, clients, and partnerships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • -Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • -Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust business development tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a software house or IT services company.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
