Job Description
  1. Elicit requirements using appropriate techniques to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
  2. Coordinate project activities to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to clarify objectives and deliverables.
  4. Assess feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and analyze their potential benefits.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  7. Follow agile principles throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
  8. Participate confidently in Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning.
  9. Translate technical details into clear business concepts using strong communication skills.
  10. Work as part of a squad on individual and multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or similar role in software development.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical details into business concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional Information

Desirable:

  • Experience with industry-specific domain knowledge.
  • Certifications such as AAC, ECBA, CBAP, or similar.
