We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and provide solutions to complex customer cases.

Job Description
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers through various channels.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Manage relationships with customers from the US/UK Region.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solve complexities related to customer cases and provide best possible solutions.
  2. Plan and initiate strategic processes to handle customers on various e-commerce platforms.
  3. Manage the customer support team, suggest ways to enhance customer experience, and provide timely feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support management.
  • Experience in E-Commerce Sales and Strategy planning is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of major e-commerce models such as dropship, retail arbitrage, Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.
