Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

  1. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
  2. Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
  3. Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
  4. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
  5. Formulates, organizes and develops marketing activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities.
  6. Updates and manages social media profiles.
  7. Updates knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management.
  8. Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
  9. Manages overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising and marketing promotional events.
  10. Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  11. Monitors and follows up on specific tasks and project deliverables.
  12. Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits.
  13. Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations.
  14. Provides guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures.
  15. Handles the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.
  16. Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department.
  17. Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates.
Job Specification

Experience & Qualifications Requirements:

  1. At least 5 to 7 years of experience within the Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level (Must be a good team player).
  2. Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
  3. Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or similar.
  4. Must be fluent in English.
