
Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a professional to foster key relationships with Higher Education Institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and manage relationships with HEIs as the primary point of contact.
- Identify, assess, and secure new partnerships with HEIs to further organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with company objectives.
- Ensure all partnerships align with the rules and regulations of HEIs and maintain high standards of compliance.
- Maintain and strengthen B2B relationships in both local and international markets, aiming to expand reach and impact.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to relay partner needs, interests, and opportunities.
- Regularly review and report on partnership performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven 5-6 years of experience in the HEI sector, ideally in a partnership, business development or relationship management role.
- Strong background in maintaining B2B relationships in international markets.
- In-depth knowledge of university courses, their structures, and the rules and regulations surrounding them.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management and partnership development skills.
- Strong understanding of current market trends in the education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
