About the Role:

Axelliant is seeking a proactive and driven Account Executive to join our Strategic Growth Business Unit (SGBU). This role is centered on driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and expanding revenue in strategic and emerging U.S. markets. You will play a critical role in bridging client needs with tailored IT solutions and services, all while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and strategic networking.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
  • Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.
  • Research prospective clients and industry trends to tailor value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and track activity in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, contributing to monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Participate in strategic campaigns, webinars, and virtual events to promote offerings.
  • Provide timely follow-ups, proposals, and documentation to support client engagement and sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
