Job Purpose:
This role acts as a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner, working closely with Business Managers and HODs to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent in alignment with business needs. The role contributes directly to the execution of business strategy by driving recruitment excellence, defining talent acquisition frameworks, overseeing employer branding, and supporting organizational structure and workforce planning initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Excellence & Retention Support
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—focusing on sourcing, selection, and onboarding—to ensure timely hiring of high-caliber candidates. Enhance talent retention by securing the right fit for key roles and engaging top performers.
- Organizational Design & Change Management
- Define frameworks for organizational structure design and implement changes aligned with business transformation, including hierarchy, grading systems, and functional structures.
- Strategic Workforce Planning & Budgeting
- Collaborate with HODs to design and implement a robust workforce planning framework that ensures departmental headcount needs are fulfilled within budgetary limits. Manage HR and recruitment budgets efficiently and forecast future staffing needs to proactively support business goals.
- Internal Talent Growth
- Design and support talent development initiatives that promote horizontal and vertical growth for existing employees. Work with relevant stakeholders to provide structured career progression pathways and build internal capabilities for future leadership roles.
- Employer Branding Strategy
- Design & manage branding initiatives nationwide through digital campaigns, employee advocacy, and university partnerships to create a positive industry perception.
- Academic Engagement & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build strong partnerships with academic institutions to engage potential future talent through career fairs, on-campus drives, and collaborative programs.
- Innovative Talent Programs
- Conceptualize and lead flagship talent development programs such as Summer Internships and Digital Trainee Programs aimed at attracting, nurturing, and developing students and fresh graduates.
- Process Optimization & Innovation
- Design and implement recruitment systems, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency. Continuously explore innovative sourcing methods and tools to attract top talent from diverse channels.
- Internal Mobility & Talent Movement
- Facilitate internal talent mobility through structured job rotations, internal hiring initiatives, and status change processes, supporting employee growth and organizational agility
Qualifications and Experience:
- Mut have a Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in relevant domain

- Expertise in talent acquisition frameworks and tools
- Creative mindset for employer branding and engagement
