The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization. This role requires expertise in talent acquisition, relationship management, and strategic thinking. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top-quality candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze workforce trends and industry benchmarks to proactively address talent gaps.
  • Utilize sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Administer skills assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and extend job offers, negotiating compensation as needed.
  • Maintain recruitment records using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Generate metrics and reports to evaluate sourcing and selection strategies.

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (experience with BambooHR preferred).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
