Key Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and chat to both clients and internal teams, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to POS systems and equipment, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams in a professional, clear, and concise manner, especially when addressing technical support issues in English.
- Ensure timely follow-up on reported issues, offering resolutions in a customer-focused way, and maintaining client satisfaction and trust in the POS system.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, with hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience providing support through phone, email, or chat, managing inquiries from diverse client bases.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration.
- Familiarity with common IT tools, systems, and software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Experience providing support for a diverse, global client base is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with native English-speaking clients.
- Ability to handle both routine and complex technical inquiries effectively, with a customer-centric mindset.
