Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads targeting international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness for mobile app development services.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and CPA.
  • Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in mobile app marketing and PPC strategies.
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure success.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B international setting.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a record of generating high-quality leads for global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and campaign scaling.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Familiarity with Bing Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills to optimize campaigns based on data.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in marketing for mobile app development or SaaS companies.
  • Background working with international B2B clients.
