We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Microsoft 365 SME.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Microsoft 365 SME is responsible for the daily operation of several key technologies and services within ITID EUS, on the newly established Collaboration Platform. The jobholder will facilitate the delivery of high-quality services to end users across all countries and regions where HSBC operates.
  2. Be part of a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organizational barriers affecting the team, processes, and products owned.
  3. Maintain an agile mindset by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our new pods, leveraging agile delivery methods, associated frameworks (e.g., Lean), and bank tools (e.g., JIRA) to do this.
  4. Understand and follow the ITID strategy and vision and the Product Management direction.
  5. Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on automation, process improvement, how technology is best leveraged, and technology shift opportunities.
