The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, ambitious, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You must be proficient in building key B2B customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Additionally, you must specialize in generating high-quality leads to fuel the company's growth pipeline, particularly in the property restoration industry.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers in restoration companies
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects in the restoration industry
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through various channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, networking, and cold outreach
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective customer relationship management
  • Implement customer success strategies to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion in the property restoration sector
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation efforts
  • Represent Innotec Claims at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and insights on business development activities and progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Proven experience with B2B sales processes and strategies
  • Strong background in prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion
  • Experience in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (especially Salesforce) and sales automation tools
  • Experience with Apollo and other lead generation tools
  • Customer success experience, focusing on client retention and relationship building
  • Experience in the construction or property restoration market is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
