Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Upwork Specialist

Location: Lahore / Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Upwork bidding and client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour).
  • Create and manage proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a record of daily bidding activity and conversion performance.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BDM or Upwork Bidder with at least 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and proposal writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple bids and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital marketing (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
