The Junior Client Success Manager will support the Client Success team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. This role involves providing day-to-day support and helping to manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, enthusiastic about contributing to client success, and eager to develop their career in client success within the healthcare technology and revenue cycle management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Help clients navigate our platform or service, addressing basic queries and providing necessary resources.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
Client Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to check in on their satisfaction and progress.
- Assist in scheduling and conducting client meetings, webinars, and reviews as directed by senior team members.
- Support the resolution of client issues by gathering relevant information and coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or technical support as needed.
Client Health Monitoring:
- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics and provide regular updates to the Client Success Manager.
- Help identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement in client interactions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for client reviews and internal meetings.
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of client success processes and procedures.
- Provide feedback on client interactions and suggest improvements based on client feedback and observations.
- Work closely with the Client Success team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a client support, customer success, or similar role, ideally within the medical software or healthcare industry. Familiarity with revenue cycle management processes is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Basic problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Understanding of medical software and healthcare systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
