Job Description

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will gain expertise and experience required for promotion to senior positions under the guidance of experienced professionals. Opportunities to work abroad may be presented to suitable candidates as part of their career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with candidates and potential clients through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Evaluate candidates through interviews to assess their suitability, provide advice on career development, and share interview tips.
  • Develop high-quality CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, create reports, and present them to clients.
  • Organize events, meetings, and activities to generate leads and build business networks.
  • Manage client relationships and recruitment needs in the Asian market.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, social media engagement, and other sales tools.
  • Monitor, record, analyze, and report on activities, trends, and results, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate salaries and close recruitment deals.
  • Collaborate with other recruitment consultants, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is preferred, but college undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence people effectively.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • A results-driven, detail-oriented approach, with a strong desire to succeed.
