
Client Acquisition Lead

Indico Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller & Client Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list.
- Conduct lead generation through cold calling and other outreach methods.
- Introduce our company and explain the benefits of our products/services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
