Position Purpose

Lead performance management , succession, career management, and contribute towards HR strategy and maturity. This role will serve as subject matter expert in process automation and support in building a Center of Expertise related to all areas of talent planning and development.

Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and leaders. Assess and anticipate people related needs and formulate partnerships to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization and division.
  • Support in coaching partners, department leaders and leadership teams to improve their effectiveness in the areas of talent management.
  • Design, develop and implement a robust performance management system with an aim to measure, report, and improve employee performance. Deploy post appraisal initiatives like individual development planning, performance improvement plan, potential assessment etc. Align individual performance with organizational performance and report alignment.
  • Conduct quality check of objectives; assess awareness level of employees, timely completion of appraisal and development process, and linkage with reward and bonus.
  • Design and deploy well thought out succession management program. Identify successors for critical positions across the organization in coordination with departmental heads, assess the readiness levels, and work on individual development to ensure that successors are ready to take on critical positions in case of flight risk.
  • Identify internal talent to take on various positions in the organization, ensure proactive development of talent in coordination with the training team.
  • Define possible career paths in liaison with department heads. Implement career management policy and ensure employees have a formal career development program available to them.
  • Run performance management system with an aim to measure, report, and improve employee performance. Deploy post appraisal initiatives like individual development planning.
  • Run promotion cycle in order to inculcate culture of employee's growth.
  • Responsible to define possible career paths in liaison with department heads.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelors / Masters in HR.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience of performance appraisal system, talent management
  • Expert in reporting and Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
