Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading performance management, succession planning, and career development. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in process automation and support in building a Center of Expertise related to all areas of talent management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to HR and leaders, assessing and anticipating people-related needs, and formulating partnerships to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Serving as a coach to partners, department leaders, and leadership teams to improve their effectiveness in the areas of talent management.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing a robust performance management system to measure, report, and improve employee performance, aligning individual performance with organizational performance.
  • Conducting quality checks on objectives, assessing awareness levels of employees, timely completion of appraisal and development processes, and linkage with reward and bonus.
  • Designing and deploying well-thought-out succession management programs, identifying successors for critical positions across the organization in coordination with departmental heads, assessing readiness levels, and working on individual development to ensure successors are ready to take on critical positions in case of flight risk.
  • Identifying internal talent to take on various positions in the organization, ensuring proactive development of talent in coordination with the training team.
  • Defining possible career paths in liaison with department heads, implementing career management policies, and ensuring employees have formal career development programs available to them.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in performance appraisal systems and talent management.
  • Expertise in reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
