Role Overview

As an SDR at Carbonteq, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by researching and engaging potential clients across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, crafting personalized outreach, and collaborating closely with our sales team to fuel our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Research & Prospecting
    Perform deep research to identify high-potential target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and industry databases.
  • Personalized Outreach
    Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, forums, etc.) with highly personalized messaging tailored to each prospect.
  • Lead Qualification
    Engage leads through discovery conversations via email or phone to assess fit (BANT: budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • CRM & Pipeline Management
    Accurately log all prospect interactions in Apollo, HubSpot, and others. Track activity and update pipeline statuses regularly.
  • Campaign & Metrics Analysis
    Monitor KPI performance—emails sent, response rates, qualified meetings—and iterate to improve outreach through A/B testing and data-driven tweaks.
  • Ongoing Learning & Collaboration
    Stay updated with software trends, prospect pain points, and competitive insights. Collaborate with marketing and sales for consistent messaging and strategy refinement.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–1 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales—preferably in software/SaaS .
  • Strong research and prospect identification skills.
  • Excellent written communication, with the ability to craft engaging, personalized messages.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Apollo, HubSpot) and outreach platforms.
  • Organized, analytical, and metrics-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and coachable, with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented approach
