Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Faisalabad. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. They will also be involved in client relationship management, market analysis, and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

  • Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Sales Target Achievement skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Market Analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team management and mentoring skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
