Job Title

A business manager will maintain and enhance an organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Maintaining current HR files and databases.
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and distributing contractual announcements.
  • Providing customer service to employees.
  • Serving as a point of contact with vendors/administrators.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management.
  • 5-years relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
