Position Overview:

NETSOL Technologies is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated teams. This role acts as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring HR initiatives support business goals while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate HR activities across assigned teams to ensure smooth daily operations and strict adherence to established HR processes and policies.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Assist in the design and execution of employee retention programs aimed at reducing turnover and strengthening workforce stability.
  • Track employee performance metrics and collaborate with line managers to identify training needs, implement performance improvement plans, and support career development initiatives.
  • Oversee processes related to promotions, internal transfers, and compensation changes in line with company policy and local labor laws.
  • Maintain the HR calendar and ensure timely execution of critical HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and organizational announcements.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with applicable laws.
  • Provide guidance to management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizational change efforts by guiding and supporting employees through transitions, restructuring, or policy changes.
  • Plan and implement engagement initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present key HR metrics and reports to inform data-driven decision-making by senior management.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
  • Act as a bridge between employees, managers, and the HR team to ensure effective communication, timely feedback, and resolution of workplace concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
