As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in HR or recruitment and a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Source, attract and select top talent to join our organization.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement a smooth onboarding process that sets new employees up for success.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Administration: Carry out administrative duties such as benefits administration, compensation and rewards.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and develop plans to improve employee performance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop clear policies and ensure awareness among staff.
  • Reporting: Create clear and concise reports on various aspects of HR.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent people skills, a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to handle a dynamic workforce.

About the Role

This role involves various aspects of HR including employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards and conflict resolution. It also provides opportunities for system development and refinement.
