Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program within the Operations department who will assist our U.S.-based client's customers with their queries and concerns, providing accurate resolutions as per the defined processes via call. We value personality, passion, and work ethic, and a sense of humor is a plus.
Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer experience as measured by performance objectives and aligned with our client's core values.
- Assist customers with their purchases made through the e-commerce website.
- Show genuine interest in each customer through courteous, attentive, and friendly communication.
- Provide alternatives for products that are unavailable on the website.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to provide resolutions.
- Stay updated with system information, process changes, and future updates.
Job Specifications:
- O Levels Intermediate or above.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
