We specialize in the import of fertilizers and raw chemical materials from trusted international suppliers. Our commitment to quality and reliability has positioned us as a key player in the agricultural input market. With a strong focus on Potassium Sulphate (SOP)—both Water Soluble and Granular (25kg)—we are now preparing to launch Potassium Nitrate as part of our expansion strategy. As we continue to grow, we seek passionate professionals to help drive our sales efforts and strengthen relationships within Pakistan's dynamic fertilizer market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage fertilizer importers and progressive farmers that import Potassium Sulphate (SOP) across Pakistan.
- Market SOP (Potassium Sulphate) products effectively, both granular and water-soluble.
- Develop and convert cold leads into active clients through strong sales and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, international suppliers, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the Director and Supply Chain department to place orders and ensure smooth shipment logistics.
- Travel across cities to meet with clients and partners.
- Represent LW Group in a professional and consultative manner during sales meetings.
What We Expect from You
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is required. An additional qualification in Agriculture is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in fertilizer or agri-input sales, with well-established connections in the fertilizer industry.
- Direct experience with Potassium Sulphate (SOP) and similar products is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Pakistan.
- Strong research and market analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi (both spoken and written) is essential. Knowledge of Sindhi is a plus.
- Background in logistics or procurement will be considered a plus.
