With the aim to become the number one construction chemical company in Pakistan, Sika Pakistan opened its head office in Lahore with regional offices in Karachi, Islamabad, and Faisalabad. Additionally, Sika Pakistan launched its manufacturing facility in Lahore during its first year of operations to better serve customer needs.

Job Description
  1. Sales & Market Development
  2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail/distribution business.
  3. Expand retail network by onboarding new retailers and supporting existing ones.
  4. Promote Sika's range of products such as tile adhesives, waterproofing, sealants, and repair mortars.
  5. Execute retail-specific sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  6. Distributor & Retailer Support
  7. Collaborate with distributors to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
  8. Assist in planning and executing beat plans with distributor sales representatives (DSRs).
  9. Conduct joint market visits to enhance secondary sales and build retailer loyalty.
  10. Technical Support & Training
  11. Provide product training to retailers, DSRs, applicators, and contractors.
  12. Resolve on-site product application issues in coordination with the Technical Team.
  13. Conduct demos and applicator meets to increase product awareness and confidence.
  14. Market Intelligence & Reporting
  15. Monitor competitor activity and share relevant market insights with management.
  16. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports using SRM tools and Excel.
  17. Identify high-potential markets and suggest actions to capture opportunities.
  18. Branding & Merchandising
  19. Ensure placement of point-of-sale (POS) material, signage, and displays at retail counters.
  20. Monitor brand visibility and enforce planogram standards across outlets.
  21. Organize and participate in local trade events and contractor meets.
Qualifications

Education: BBA, MBA, B.E. / B.Sc. in Civil, Chemical, or Materials Engineering. DAE Civil with strong sales experience may also be considered.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably retail/distribution) in construction chemicals, paints, tiles, adhesives, or building materials.

Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of construction materials and applications.
  • Ability to communicate value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Other Requirements
  • Willing to travel extensively across Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, Toba Tek Singh, and nearby areas.
