
Sales Territory Supervisor

As a Sales Territory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution channel in your assigned area. Your key objective will be to increase penetration of our business in the assigned areas by meeting assigned targets end-to-end.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing sales channels, developing relationships with retailers, and driving growth through innovative strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Manage relationships with retailers and franchise owners to ensure optimal channel performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales objectives with overall business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management and channel development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
