At CodeSuite, we're looking for an experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing business opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms. This position is critical for building our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence in the software development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Implement effective outreach strategies using Upwork, other freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and email marketing to generate high-quality leads. Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling and customized proposals that showcase CodeSuite's software development expertise. Ensure proposals align with the client's needs and highlight key differentiators.
  • Bid Management & Optimization: Monitor bid performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. Continuously analyze past bids to identify areas for improvement and increase win rates.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication with prospective clients through timely responses, follow-ups, and addressing inquiries. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the software development team to provide accurate project estimations, timelines, and detailed technical inputs for client proposals.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the software development domain to tailor bids and proposals accordingly.
