Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries received via email with professionalism and a prompt response time.
- Address and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services.
- Handle dispute resolution, including payment issues and negative feedback through email responses.
- Maintain a positive brand image by delivering clear, courteous, and solution-oriented email interactions.
- Conduct daily audits of assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and process compliance.
- Stay updated on company policies and products to provide accurate information.
- Manage all assigned tasks, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely email resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex email inquiries efficiently.
Experience:
2+ year of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
Should have good communication & English writing skills.
