Role Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by effectively resolving complaints and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- To administer, coordinate, monitor, and report on complaint resolution efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- To perform root-cause analysis to identify the source of problems impacting customers.
- To maintain a proactive and resolution-oriented relationship with interacting units/departments to ensure complete complaint resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems and address them permanently.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
- Good organizational skills with ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure, result-oriented, and adapt to change.
This is a mid-senior level full-time position requiring a graduate with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Job Function and Requirements:This role requires a pro-active, customer-focused individual who can handle customer complaints effectively. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership.
