We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as our core strategist, advisor, and operational leader for Reddit-focused initiatives. You will act as both a team supervisor and an internal Reddit expert, providing guidance, standard-setting, and escalation support for Reddit operations and campaign planning.

Your work will directly influence the growth, compliance, and reputation of our Reddit presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the team's senior advisor on Reddit community dynamics, account health, and campaign ethics.
  2. Architect and optimize Reddit marketing strategy across brand and product verticals.
  3. Lead cross-functional Reddit initiatives (e.g., AMAs, community activations, product seeding) from planning to post-analysis.
  4. Supervise Reddit Operations Executives and ensure consistent knowledge-building and rule compliance.
  5. Manage account recovery, shadowban mitigation, and moderator conflict resolutions with precision.
  6. Develop Reddit playbooks, training resources, and escalation protocols for internal teams.
  7. Track community trends, policy changes, and emerging Reddit features to shape strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Reddit marketing or community-building experience.
  • Proven success managing Reddit accounts, resolving complex account issues, and running campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate Reddit insights into business impact.
  • Familiarity with third-party Reddit monitoring tools, analytics dashboards, and account safety practices.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency, especially in written tone matching Reddit subcultures.
  • Experience leading or mentoring small teams is highly preferred.
