Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer (Front Desk) located in Rawalpindi at Horizon Pools. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing guest relations, and handling receptionist duties on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Familiarity with hotel/club operations and guest service principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and personalized welcomes to all guests.
  • Ensure that all guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
  • Update guest information and preferences in the company's database.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Execute sales targets and record keeping.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
