Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by handling guest relations, receptionist duties, and managing daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
  • Familiarity with hotel/club operations and guest service principles
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personalized welcomes to all guests
  2. Ensure that all guest requests and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently
  3. Offer recommendations for guests
  4. Maintain effective communication with all guests
  5. Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and requests
  6. Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  7. Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional manner
  8. Identify and address potential problems before they escalate
