What You'll Do:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities for our web development services. Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Outreach & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social selling) to generate qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how our web development solutions can help them achieve their goals.
  • Sales & Negotiations: Present our services, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our web development team to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and new client acquisition.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the tech or web development industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the web development landscape and current digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
