We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to service and explore Business & Advertising opportunities with new and existing clients, focusing on business partnership for AutoX online and offline campaigns and solutions with a spotlight on meeting the business needs of our larger partners. This position will develop new business, grow and retain existing business through a variety of sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. To identify, understand & define customer needs, objectives & business requirements.
  2. To establish new, and maintain existing, long-term relationships with B2B customers.
  3. To work on existing key accounts/ develop new accounts in order to achieve Sales targets.
  4. Should be able to develop & maintain solution demonstrations through Proof-of-concepts & Presentations.
  5. Target oriented approach with full fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities.
  6. Business Development Manager will be the liaison and main point of contact for assigned clients to provide business information and directions on products/services and coordinate with internal resources to resolve issues.

Job Specification
  1. Must have MBA or Bachelors degree from top university.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in managing key accounts at national level for media sales.
  3. Strong account management and relationship building skills with key decision makers.
  4. Excellent communication and persuasive skills, presentable neat personality.
  5. Lead generation, Prospecting, qualifying and conversion to sale. Achieve goals and targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis.
  6. A good team player, confident and self-starter.
  7. Must have complete knowledge of MS Office & Adobe Suite.
  8. Be able to make business plans and agreement drafts.
