We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Gaming) – Global Gaming Department
Location: Lahore
Department: Transsion Global Gaming Department
Experience Required: 4–6 years

Job Responsibilities:
1.Market Expansion:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with local game developers, publishers, distributors, and platform partners in Pakistan.
* Provide market insights to support localized marketing and monetization strategies.
* Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
2.Client Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Pakistan's gaming ecosystem (e.g., studios, advertisers, payment providers).
* Drive user acquisition and revenue growth by building a good co-work channel between the operations team and customers.
* Collaborate with product teams to adapt gaming content/features to local cultural and regulatory preferences.
3.Compliance & Operations:
* Ensure business activities align with local regulations (e.g., compliance of game content, data privacy laws).
* Coordinate with legal/finance teams for contract execution and payment processes.
Essential Requirements:
1.Local Expertise:
* Pakistani national or resident with deep understanding of local gaming culture, mobile/internet usage patterns, and business practices.
* Existing network within Pakistan's gaming, tech, or digital entertainment industries.
2.Industry Experience:
* 3+ years in business development, sales, or game operation experience in the gaming industry.
3.Commercial Acumen:
* Proven track record in negotiating deals, managing P&L, and achieving revenue targets.
* Familiarity with gaming monetization models (IAA, IAP, subscriptions).
4.Communication Skills:
* Fluent in English and Urdu (written/spoken).
* Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Attributes:
· Experience working with global gaming companies or tech startups.
· Knowledge of local payment systems, app store ecosystems (Google Play, App Store), and UA platforms.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Passion for gaming (mobile/PC/console) and understanding of popular genres in Pakistan (e.g., cricket, casual, hyper-casual).
