About Us:
We are looking for an experienced individuals for the post of "Business Development Executive – Up work Bidder/Freelancerwith great verbal and written communication skills.Candidate should be specialized in writing tailored job proposals, securing new business leads, and possessing a detailed understanding of Upwork policies. As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing partnerships, and leveraging your skills in Upwork, Fiverr, and Email Marketing to expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Craft highly relevant job proposals on Upwork, showcasing a deep understanding of client needs and project requirements.
- Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
- Stay informed and adhere to Upwork policies, ensuring compliance in all interactions with clients.
- Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.
- Professionally communicate with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.
- Utilize persuasive skills to convert potential clients into secured project contracts.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for long-term collaboration.
- Maintain an optimized Upwork profile with positive client reviews and adherence to platform best practices.
- Bringing in new business by participating in online bidding on the freelancing platforms, collaborating with global clients, and generating sales up until the completion of clients' projects.
- Acquiring business through online channels, mainly Upwork.
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in Upwork/freelancing and project acquisition
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder with a track record of securing projects.
- Knowledge of Upwork policies, procedures, and best practices for effective bidding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing project requirements, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
