Maxobiz is a dynamic and innovative software house serving clients in 30+ countries across diverse industries. We are seeking a Telesales Operations Manager with 3.5–5 years of experience in managing high-performance telesales teams for U.S. healthcare campaign Final Expense at our Gulberg 3, Lahore office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily outbound calls across multiple U.S. healthcare campaigns.
  • Ensure team members maintain a neutral, professional U.S. accent and follow compliance standards.
  • Develop and update sales scripts in alignment with CMS guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor telesales agents and closers, conducting training on products, compliance, and objection handling.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including product knowledge sheets and compliance guides.
  • Oversee accurate CRM data management, ensuring leads are validated, segmented, and effectively used.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3.5–5 years of telesales management experience, preferably in Final Expense or healthcare insurance.
  • In-depth understanding of Final Expense products
  • Familiarity with Medicare, ACA (Obamacare), and Under 65 insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Industry knowledge and trend awareness
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

Working Conditions

  • Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore (Onsite)
  • Office Hours: 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM
  • Office Days: Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 basic + commissions
