About The Role

The Senior People Business Partner supports a substantial part of the company, specifically the Engineering Department. This role involves providing strategic HR services, partnering with leadership to execute people processes, leading talent initiatives, collecting feedback, and supporting effective performance management. Reporting to the HR Director based in PK, this position supports employees in Pakistan and India.

What You'll Do
  1. Serve as the primary HR contact for the assigned departments, addressing employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
  2. Own the execution of end-to-end people processes such as 'Your Voice Matters' surveys and Growth Cycles, ensuring timely feedback to the people sciences team.
  3. Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and leadership, providing advice based on experience and expertise.
  4. Assess business challenges and propose alternative people solutions to address concerns.
  5. Provide high-quality, professional service until issues are fully resolved.
  6. Support leadership in difficult conversations, including terminations and investigations.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct investigations, offer counsel, and facilitate fair workplace resolutions to foster a positive employee experience.
What We're Looking For
  1. Minimum 5+ years of relevant HRBP/PBP experience, preferably with technology or engineering teams.
  2. At least 3 years of experience conducting investigations.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  4. Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills.
  5. A strong bias for action.
