About the Role:
We are seeking a fluent English & French speaker to join our Customer Service team. You will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). This role offers flexibility—choose to work fully onsite, fully remote or hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, friendly support in English and French via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, billing, accounts, and product/service inquiries.
- Document interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Meet performance targets (response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rate).
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex cases.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & French
- 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools.
